What is a "Microdose of Meditation"?

While traditional meditation requires consistent daily practice over months or years to master, research shows that a single 60-minute float session can provide comparable benefits to hours of meditation practice. How? The float environment:

  • Eliminates 90% of sensory input, freeing your brain's resources

  • Rapidly induces theta brainwave states (typically only achieved by experienced meditators)

  • Reduces cortisol levels by up to 21.6% in just one session

  • Allows for natural magnesium absorption, which promotes GABA production
