Float Therapy
Experience weightless relaxation in our state-of-the-art float pods. Float therapy uses 850+ pounds of Epsom salt in body-temperature water to create complete sensory rest.
What is float therapy?
Float therapy, also known as R.E.S.T. (Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy), creates an anti-gravity environment where you float effortlessly in 10 inches of water saturated with 850+ pounds of Epsom salt. The water is heated to skin temperature (approximately 94.5°F), eliminating the boundary between your body and the water.
In this sensory-reduced environment, free from distractions, your nervous system shifts into deep relaxation. Stress and tension melt away as your body enters a profound state of rest and recovery. The experience allows your mind to wander freely while your body receives the deep restoration it needs.

Tips for Floating
• Have a light meal or snack prior, but try to avoid heavy meals and caffeine
• If you wear contacts, swap them out for your glasses prior to your float, or bring your lens case and solution with you so you can remove contacts prior to float
• Best to keep your hands out of your eyes during your float session. The salt in your eyes could sting, so best to avoid touching your face
• Remove all jewelry prior to your float session
• Shaving or waxing within 8 hours prior to a float can irritate the skin
• If you have colored treated your hair, you must wait AT LEAST two weeks to float AND your hair must be running clear of color when washed. The dye can contaminate the spa water. If your hair color runs in the shower, on towels, or fabric you are not permitted to float. Hair dye can discolor the solution in the pods and stain the PVC.
• Reschedule your float if you are on your menstrual cycle (no fee for cancellation/reschedule)
• If you have scrapes or cuts, use the ointment provided prior to the float session
• Hydrate - both before and after for optimal wellness
• Relax, let go of any expectations, and enjoy the experience
