The pressures are familiar. Recovery is harder to find.
Most teams aren't short on effort. They're juggling competing priorities, constant interruptions, difficult conversations, and change, and then trying to wind down when the day is over.
The Workplace Reset gives your team a shared, practical way to notice what's happening in their bodies and respond with a little more steadiness. It isn't about asking people to do more. It's about giving them a way to recover.
Pressures most teams recognize
- Competing priorities
- Constant interruptions
- Difficult interactions
- Change and uncertainty
- Winding down after work
What your team will learn
A simple arc from awareness to action, built around four steps.
-
Step 1
Recognize
Notice the early signs of mounting stress in your body, your thinking, and your behavior, before they take over the day.
-
Step 2
Respond
Practice a simple, accessible technique that can support composure in a stressful moment.
-
Step 3
Adjust
Identify one personal or environmental stressor you may be able to change, such as an interruption pattern or a transition.
-
Step 4
Restore
Create a realistic recovery habit that fits a real workday, even a busy one.
Interactive, reflection-based, and practical. It is not a lecture, a therapy session, or a science class.
Reflection is private, and discussion is optional.

How it works
Simple for the people booking it, and comfortable for the people in the room.
- On-site across Rhode Island. We come to your workplace, meeting space, or event.
- Facilitated in person. Led by Lindy Fregeolle, co-owner of Float RI, with real workday examples rather than generic motivation.
- Private reflection, optional participation. People engage at their own comfort level.
- Takeaways that travel. Practical tools people can use at their desk, between meetings, or after work.
- Simple booking. Tell us about your team, and we'll confirm the date, group size, and details with you before anything is booked.
The thinking behind it
The Workplace Reset is workplace education, not medical treatment or therapy. It draws on established ideas about how the body responds to stress, and on research into simple self-regulation practices.
Individual responses vary, and no single technique works for everyone. Nothing here is a diagnosis or a promise of a particular outcome.

Extend the benefit beyond the workshop
Many employers pair a workshop with a wellness benefit for their team at Float RI. Choose the approach that fits your company, and we'll confirm the exact setup and terms with you.
Option A
Company wellness discount
Your company receives a unique code for $20 off eligible Float RI services. Employees book and pay the remaining balance themselves.
- Funded by Float RI, with no added cost to your company
- Employees book on their own schedule
- Offer window and eligible services confirmed with you
Option B
Employer-funded wellness account
Your company prepays an amount of its choosing into a shared wellness account. Eligible employees contact Float RI to book, and each visit draws down the shared balance at the regular price of the service.
- One shared balance, with no per-employee allocations or reimbursements
- The number of visits depends on the services chosen
- Setup details confirmed with you before launch
Companies choose one of the two options. Employees who want to explore recovery further can use the benefit toward Float RI's services: float therapy, infrared sauna, halotherapy, red light therapy, the BioCharger, the VAT bed, and massage. Each is an optional avenue for relaxation and recovery, and the research behind them differs from service to service.
About your facilitator
- More than 15 years in education
- Master of Education, University of Rhode Island
- Professional development designer and facilitator
- Corporate events and marketing background
- Co-owner, Float RI
Lindy Fregeolle is the co-owner of Float RI in Warwick, Rhode Island, and an educator with more than 15 years of experience in schools, from classroom teaching to program leadership. She holds a Master of Education from the University of Rhode Island.
She has designed, facilitated, and coached professional development for teachers, administrators, and school staff, and has presented at conferences in Rhode Island and New Mexico. Earlier in her career, she managed marketing and planned meetings and events for Fortune 500 companies.
The Workplace Reset draws on that experience and her work in wellness: practical, reflective, and grounded in real workdays rather than generic motivation.
Built-in feedback and follow-through
So you can see how it landed with your team, without anyone being singled out.
- Brief, anonymous feedback. Participants share how useful the session was and whether they learned something they can apply.
- Attendance and optional follow-up. We track attendance and can offer an optional check-in about two weeks later.
- A concise summary for your team. Employers receive aggregate results only, never individual responses.
Summaries reflect the participating group's feedback. They are not a research study or a workplace diagnostic, and we don't guarantee particular outcomes.
The Workplace Reset can grow with your team into company-specific or recurring wellness education when the time is right.
