The Nervous System Rebellion

Wired for chaos.
Calibrated for calm.

Regulation isn't a practice you add to your life. It's an architecture you build — from the cell up.

Why this exists

You leave a Float RI session feeling different.
Then life pulls you right back.

That's not a willpower problem. That's a nervous system that hasn't been trained to hold regulation. Most people have spent years managing symptoms — anxiety, burnout, chronic tension, the particular exhaustion of being the person who holds everything together — without ever understanding the system underneath. The Nervous System Rebellion changes that.

The framework

The Seven Layers of Biological Belonging

Most people try to regulate at the surface — boundaries, routines, self-care — without ever addressing what's underneath. NSR works from the cell up: Cell → Self → Body → Home → Community → Nature → Universe.

In order to get through, you have to go within.

Lindy Iannucci is the co-owner of Float RI and the creator of The Nervous System Rebellion. Her background spans communications, marketing, education, yoga, coaching, and wellness — built across three decades of working with people in rooms where real change happens.

She spent 15+ years in education as a classroom teacher, program coordinator, and school administrator — designing dual language curricula, training educators, and presenting at national conferences. Then she burned out. Not metaphorically. Physiologically. And started paying attention to why.

She co-owns Float RI in Warwick, Rhode Island after years of managing her own chronic dysregulation — migraines, Crohn's, grief, and the particular exhaustion of being the person who holds everything together. After losing her husband, she built again. The studio became the laboratory. The framework became the Rebellion.

Her programs are built the way she built curricula and trained educators — interactive, experiential, sequenced for the way a nervous system actually integrates information. She is not a therapist. She is a woman who mapped her own nervous system out of necessity, built a studio around it, and created the infrastructure for you to do the same.
