Float RI is Warwick's premier wellness destination, offering transformative float therapy experiences alongside infrared sauna, red light therapy, halotherapy, massage therapy, reiki, and other wellness services.

π― What We're Looking For
We need someone who loves to clean obsessively with an exceptional eye for detail (this is about 80% of the job!). Our ideal candidate is:
Customer service excellence - genuinely loves helping people feel welcomed and cared for
Wellness enthusiast - must love floating and be passionate about sharing it with others
Self-starter - easily identifies tasks that need to be done
Detail-oriented cleaner - takes pride in maintaining our pristine, spa-like environment
Evening/flexible availability - comfortable with evening shifts and weekend availability
Multi-tasking master - can juggle guest relations, facility maintenance, and administrative tasks
Calm energy - naturally creates a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere
Reliable team player - we're a small team, so call-outs are highly disruptive
Adaptable - non-reactive to others' stress and maintains composure during busy periods
π Your Daily Adventures
As a Float Facilitator, you'll:
Welcome guests and guide them through their wellness journey
Guide first-time floaters through their float experience with expertise
Maintain our float pods and therapy rooms to perfection (80% of your time!)
Manage water chemistry for float pods to ensure optimal conditions
Prepare and restock rooms between sessions, handle laundry, and facility upkeep
Handle bookings, payments, and guest communications
Ensure safety protocols and sanitation standards
Share your passion for wellness and help guests choose services
Engage in meaningful conversations about wellness, meditation, and wellbeing
Support special events and community outreach
Contribute to our positive, healing-focused team culture

Lift 50 lb bags of salt
Comfortable bending at the waist to clean float pods and showers
Physically fit for bending, reaching, squatting, and scrubbing through full shifts
Able to maintain energy and attention to detail throughout your shift
