CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time in order to be given an account credit. Appointments not cancelled within that window will be charged in full for the appointment booked. All purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will only be given in the form of Float RI account credit, no refunds to credit cards or cash back will be given.
