What a float feels like
You settle into a private pod filled with skin temperature water (about 95°F) and over 850 lbs of Epsom salt, and the water supports you effortlessly. It is quiet, there is nothing to do, and your body and mind get room to slow down. A float can help ease muscle tension, support recovery after a hard workout, and give a busy mind a place to rest.
